Daciana
Daci was born in Romania near Budapest, to loving parents and one sister Romana. Daci's parents are both basketball coaches at the Sports University in Cluj, as well as their private basketball club.
As a child Daci loved art and designing "Princess Gowns". Her mother encouraged her to study at the Arts High School where she attended her junior and senior years. Continuing her education at the Academy of Visual Arts, she excelled and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelors degree specializing in textile arts and fashion design.
In 1996, Daci began a successful career designing and creating bridal gowns. She designed gowns for individuals as well as Bridal Boutiques. Hiring two assistants became necessary to keep up with the demand.
In 2002, Daci married her husband Brent. Daci, Brent and daughter, Andra moved to the United States settling in Boise, Idaho. There Daci met Bob and Judi Hines, longtime friends of Brent's. Together Daci and Judi launched Daciana Designs a bridal and evening gown business that continues to flourish today.
