We design, create the patterns, cut and sew by hand each wedding dress in our bridal atelier located in Boise, Idaho. The laces we use are of the highest quality, picked carefully from around the world. The silks are individually dyed using natural based dyes from plants, fruits and flowers.
terms and policy
Your wedding dress is created especially for you, customized to your size and height. We don’t offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges. You will be part of your dress creation process: step by step, through photos, videos and Face-Time sessions. You will be absolutely in love with your dress through the process and fall in love with it again when you will try in on!
Payments
If you choose to make payments on your dress we have a few options. Payments are only available when you purchase a wedding dress and not applicable when you buy bridal accessories (finishing touches). All payment plans are processed through Square Payments and not through the website. Please contact us and we will set up the right plan for you.
Payment Plan 1
Your wedding is 10 months (or more) away. You can make 4 equal payments, one month apart. The dress must be paid in full in 4 months. (late fees apply)
Payment plan 2
Your wedding is less than 10 months away. 50% down payment is needed to start on your dress. 50% final payment is due 60 days after first payment is made. (late fees apply)

processing and shipping
Daci Gowns ships UPS worldwide. Once shipped, the time for delivery varies from 3-7 days in the US - UPS ground and 6-12 business days internationally - UPS air.
Daci Gowns delivery times:
You will receive your wedding dress no later than 8 weeks before your wedding day (or sooner).
Daci’s bridal collection processing times:
To recreate one of our Daci collection wedding dresses we need 4 months to complete. If you requested customizations on your Daci collection dress we will need 6 months to complete. Times vary upon dress design and production demand. If your wedding is less then 4 months away please contact us before ordering.
Custom wedding dresses processing times:
The ideal time to order a Daci custom wedding dress is at least 12 months before your wedding. We need at least 8 months to complete a custom Daci gown. We only design and create a limited amount of custom wedding gowns, four or five every year. Please reach out as soon you start making wedding plans.
Finishing touches:
To recreate any of our collection finishing touches we need 6 to 8 weeks. Times varies upon design and production demand. If you choose “rush order” at checkout we will process your order in 2 weeks.
