Heidi wedding dress variation part 4 - dusty blue and gray hues - Scotland elopement

Heidi — our most iconic, most loved wedding dress — and another whimsical variation of it for bride Stephanie.

Stephanie eloped to Scotland and imagined a light, flowy, whimsical gown for her intimate ceremony. As one of our last‑minute brides, she chose to purchase Sydney, a sample gown that was already close to her size and shared some design elements with Heidi: fitted bodice, sweetheart neckline and A line silhouette. Sydney carried soft hues of dusty blue and gray, which complemented Stephanie’s vision.

She loved the lace and the delicate ruching at the neckline found on Heidi, and even with the short timeline we were able to perform a complete makeover: transforming the Sydney sample gown into Heidi wedding dress, while preserving those lovely dusty blue tones.
