Every gown is designed, patterned, and sewn by hand in our bridal atelier in Boise, Idaho. We use the finest laces sourced from around the world and silks hand-dyed with natural plant, fruit, and flower-based dyes. Each gown is a one-of-a-kind work of art, created exclusively for the bride who orders it.

Terms & Policy

Because every gown is made to order in your size and height, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Throughout the process, you’ll receive photos, videos, and FaceTime updates so you can watch your gown come to life. Our goal is for you to feel confident and excited every step of the way — and fall in love again with your wedding dress the moment you try it on.

Payments

Full payment is available at checkout through our website’s secure payment system.

Payment plans are not available through website checkout. If you prefer a payment plan, we will create a personalized invoice for you through Square Payments.

Payment plans are available for wedding gowns, and not applicable to bridal accessories and sample gowns.

Payment Plan 1 — Weddings 10+ Months Away

  • Four equal monthly payments.

  • The gown must be paid in full within 4 months.

  • Late fees apply.

Payment Plan 2 — Weddings Less Than 10 Months Away

  • 50% deposit to begin production.

  • Remaining 50% due 60 days later.

  • Late fees apply.

Production & Delivery Timelines

We want every bride to receive her gown well in advance of her wedding. For that reason, delivery is guaranteed no later than 8 weeks before your wedding date.

Bridal Collection Gowns

  • Standard production: 4 months.

  • With customizations (silhouette, neckline, lace, or color): up to 6 months.

  • To allow for production and delivery, orders must be placed at least 6 months before your wedding date.

  • Weddings less than 6 months away may be possible with a rush fee — please contact us before ordering.

Custom Gowns

  • Standard production: 10 months.

  • To allow for delivery, orders must be placed at least 12 months before your wedding date.

  • Only 4–5 custom gowns are accepted per year — early inquiry is strongly recommended.

Finishing Touches (Accessories)

  • Standard production: 6–8 weeks.

  • Rush orders: 2 weeks (select at checkout).

Shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS.

  • United States: 3–7 business days (UPS Ground).

  • International: 6–12 business days (UPS Air).
